Upload a photo directly with your order, or send it to us by email or the contact form. Any favourite portrait, a shared photo or a motif you love is enough.
We prepare a preview within 48 hours
We turn the photo into clean line art ready for the laser and show it to you for approval — together with your choice of wood and size.
You approve the preview
You see the preview before we make anything. Approve it, or ask for a change — only the final version you agree to goes into production.
We engrave and ship
The laser burns the approved motif into natural wood. We pack and ship the finished piece, usually within 2–3 business days.

You approve the preview before we make anything. If you don't love the finished piece, we'll remake it or refund you.
